"MOMENTS OF PEACE"
Do you ever give your mind a rest? Thoughts pour through your brain, thinking, puzzling, and depending on the type of job you have, increases by the day. When exhaustion sets in, sleep usually follows. However, even then your mind is thinking, thinking.
Some people have the time and are good at meditation, but those with responsibilities go from one thing to another with no stops inbetween. It takes intent to actually let your mind rest. Also required is a quiet place, a few moments that are peaceful and intent to let worries and concerns float away for a short period of time. Teach your children to take time away from all the technology
available and to sit quietly for a few moments. If you fall asleep, don't chastize yourself...your body probably needed the rest, but try to make moments of peace for yourself.
