In times of change and turmoil it is best to just stop in moments of time. Do nothing but just stop. Let the mind and the body relax. Create a sense of peace and let it wash over you. Draw in a fresh breath and breathe deep. Calm your mind. Then, and only then, begin again. As with medical prescriptions, 'take as needed'. Help one another.
